FIT YEAH Bootcamp was established in 2011 and has been helping clients to transform into healthy, fit motivated people that have decided to make a lifestyle change not just a quick fix.
Our Bootcamp service is designed for people of every fitness level to maximise their health and fitness in minimal time, with the energy and enthusiasm of experience trainers Kea & Rob to provide the motivation and knowledge you need to push the boundaries and become the person you want to be.
Fit Yeah Bootcamp is a fun and effective way to stay fit and healthy. You have access to experienced, passionate trainers, who motivate you, pushe you to new levels of fitness and strength, not to mention a great group of friendly people to encourage each other and make some great new friendships along the way.
Sessions are always varied, and we never run the same session twice. We focus on boxing, HIIT training and strength circuits to keep you energised & drive you towards your goals throughout the course of the season. There are always variations of the workout to suit everyone’s fitness levels and cater for anyone who might have a specific injury.
Our programs are based on challenging, fun and functional training methods that address all aspects of your fitness.
FIT YEAH Bootcamp is currently run at Wentworth Park, on the corner of Wentworth Park road and Wattle street, Ultimo and in Ultimo Primary School during wet weather, so you don't have to train in the rain!

Fit Yeah is so fab! I have always hated exercise and haven’t done any since high school but now I cannot get enough! Kea is seriously the best trainer. She never makes you feel hopeless, she is so motivating and encouraging it makes bootcamp a pleasure to attend! I can not recommend it highly enough.
Kea goes above and beyond and switches it up every single time. You should go in knowing that you WILL work up a sweat and will be challenged, however it's nothing that you can't handle. Definitely the best workout in Glebe HANDS DOWN!
